Sandbox appears to have uninstalled itself, now will not go past "Finishing Setup"

I have a trial Business Central account that I have been using to develop a data collection software. Everything worked fine for a couple of months, and then all of a sudden my API calls stopped working. I tried to login at home.dynamics.com to see what the issue was, and when I try to load my sandbox environment now it brings up the loading screen that says "Finishing Setup..." that it ran when I first started the sandbox environment. I have let it do its thing and try to setup multiple times, but each time it times out and says "This takes longer than expected, sorry for the inconvenience". If I try to login to the Dynamics Admin Console (https://port.crm.dynamics.com/G/Instances/InstancePicker.aspx) I am met with an error saying "No instances found for this user ID".

Can anyone tell me what happened and how to fix this?

Thanks for taking the time to read!

    Is it a demo tenant?

If yes then may be it expired?

    Thanks for the response Mohana.

I signed up for a Trial account from trails.dynamics.com a couple of months ago and was under the impression that the Sandbox wouldn't expire. Is that not the case?

    Hi,

You could perhaps create another user and assign the trial license to it. From there try to get past the "Finishing Setup" window. If this does not help you, ask your CSP to assist so they can raise a support request on your behalf.

    Thank you.

I have contacted support, and it seems to be a general problem, with Sandboxes for the moment.

No access, not able to upload extension, slow.
