Is there a demo CRM solution I can set up, with data pre-loaded?
I have built a customer BI solution with Power BI using ODATA feeds at a customer site, but would like to demo this without using their data.

I recommend setting up a Dynamics 365 trial instance for your demo and then adding sample data to the instance.

You can setup Sample Data from here - Settings > Data Management > Sample Data as shown in screenshot below
Besides that, if you're also using modules like Project Service Automation or Field Service, you can refer these links -
