How do I make navision saved my user ID in the login dialog box?

Hi Community,

Not sure if this is Nav instance issue or SQL issue. How do I make navision saved my user ID in the login dialog box? I tried to tick the "Remember my password", but it doesn't work. It doesn't even saved my password.

Hi

You can try to search window type %temp% on run command then delete Dynamic Nav File.

On your computer delete the credentials from the Credential manager which is found in Control Panel. There you will find an entry under Generic Credentials.
