Hallo Colleagues,
in the sales process there is a phase where the responsible inside and outside sales receive system emails informing them about new qualified opportunities in order to handle them. I would like those emails to change languages according to user's local CRM interface language.
How would you achieve that without scripting/coding?

Hi Hikmat,
short answer is you can't do it - you'd need some other way.. Either create a custom workflow activity, or a plugin:
community.dynamics.com/.../181461
Or add a field to the user entity where you would set their language (but it can get out of sync with their preferences)
