Hi
I have a client who has Windows VM installed on his MacBook.
He accesses our cloud BC tenant from the Windows VM.
Open in Excel to save the file on his desktop - this is working.
However, when Edit in Excel is used, he gets the error loading metadata message. (He was trying to edit the Chart of Accounts)
Does anyone in this forum have experience in the same situation and found a solution?
Is this a user authentication error (client has O365 full license) or a connectivity error (from MacBook VM)?
