Hello Experts,

Does "Dataverse Connection Setup" work between Cloud BC 20.4 and on-prem CRM 9.1?

    You would only be able integrate Saas BC with Saas CRM.  You wont be able to have a Cloud version of BC integrate with an on prem version of CRM.
