Synchronization issues between BC and Dynamics 365

Hi Folks

We have been synchronizing active customer accounts from Dynamics to BC. All of a sudden, we found a sync job that added all prospects and in-active accounts to BC.

Here is our sync rule:

My questions are:

  1. Why did that happen?
  2. How can we revert to only active customers without breaking our sync?

Any help is appreciated.

    Does this happen in SaaS release. Feel free to raise a support ticket with Microsoft via your CSP or Dynamics partner.
