Where to check the cost for a sales order

Hi All,

I'm writing to know how to check or read the cost for a sales order.

When a sales order status is open after I create the sales order, I want to check the standard cost for these items which are in this sales order. Where can I check these costs? Does Dynamics 365 have these functionalities?

When a sales order status is "invoiced" after I invoiced the sales order, I want to check the actual cost for these items which are in this sales order. Where can I check these costs? Does Dynamics 365 have these functionalities?

Hello,

In the sales Order lines, Financials >> Find prices. >> you get to view the cost price.

With regards to the actual cost, you can review the sales invoice voucher created and review the posting on the COGS account.

Hi Kaushik,

Thanks for your reply and help. I got it.

I observed that the Price(Sales price) is 0 in your sample screenshot. I think if I set up the sale price 1000 in Released product, the sales price 1000 will be appeared in the Find prices form. But this is different to my scenario, I'd like to the sales price which was entered in the sales order line can be appeared to compare with the cost. Could you please teach me how to realize it?
