Menu commands disappeared

Hi there,

The menu commands on one of my forms (incident entity), such as the 'save' button has disappeared. This only happens on this entity. The only button remaining is the Form Editor.

Any ideas on what the issue could be? I've not customised or changed any script.

    Did you try in other browser?

    Also, is it happening for Sys admin account as well?

    Yes, tried in other browser, but the same issue.

    Happens for Admin as well.

    seems like the form got corrupted.

    Can you create a new form on same entity and see if the button are appearing again?

    You might need to replicate all field in new form and delete the existing one.

    Other way will be to import the form from other environment.
