Hello, I wanted to know if it was possible to Z Out when the cashier is done and the next cashier comes in. I have 3 different cashiers and when they login and then logoff I want it to  z out. I don't want to wait for the end of the day.

    Hello,

You actually have the ability to Z out at any point during the day. RMS does not require you to wait until a certain point in the day to do so. So yes, each cashier can Z at the end of their shift and the new cashier can start a brand new batch when they start.

You may also want to consider a blind closeout so the cashiers can count drawers and complete any paperwork necessary for your environment away from the front register where there may be customer traffic.

If you need any other information on this or any other RMS topics, you may contact your current Microsoft Dynamics RMS reseller, or feel free to contact us at support@firsttechsolutions.com, or visit us at http://blogs.firsttechsolutions.com.

    Best regards,
