How do I get to Dimension Value List in Navision 2018?

Hi Community,

May I know how do I get to Dimension Value List? When I tried to search I only get a few, but not Dimension Value List.

Search for dimensions. On that page you have dimension value button. You can remove the dimension code filter to see all dimension values

Hi, In NAV and BC, there are many pages that are not allowed to be opened directly, such as Sales Lines, Customer Card, etc. So we can't search for them.

So, as Josh said, the correct way to open Dimension Value should be on the Dimensions page.

PS: If you have development environment, you can run it directly.

I did what you guys shared. Go to Dimension > Dimension values.

But the page I have gotten is this. It is not the Dimension Value List that I was looking for.

Appreciate further help.

What data are you expecting to see? A complete list of all dimension values or just a complete list of dimension codes?

Hi Josh,

In my Navision, I see this page

It should be showing Code and Names, however, from this list, I can't seems to be able to add or edit. Hence I would like to know where do I do that.

I tried going to Dimension Values to add/edit, but the list at Dimension Values and the list at Dimension Value Lists aren't the same.

Josh,

Search for Dimensions. On the List Page you should see on the Actions bar the Dimension Value icon.
