Hi,

I have a question regarding email that are sent from CRM and gets the status set to "sent", but witch the receiving email server sent back as a standard "..could not be delivered":

Are there any way (supported or unspported) to pick up these failed emails and somehow treat those email as any other "failed" email?

regards,

Marius H. Enerud

    Hi Marius,

Dynamics CRM Tracks only the IPM.Note message class - docs.microsoft.com/.../item-types-and-message-classes

What you could try is to forward the notification as an attachment to a different mailbox and track it as an attachment in CRM together with the email to which it is attached to.

    Hope this helps,

    Radu
