any report that i can check PR status in D365?
report should include PR header, PR line, Financial dimensions, PR status (In review/ under approval by XXX, Closed)

kindly suggest me any solution. thanks

Which D365 app are you using? This forum is about D365 in general, while your question seems to be about a particular product (such as Finance and Operations or Business Central).

The All purchase requisitions list page allows for checking of the status of any PR. You could build Tiles and add them to any workspace, or the dashboard, if you wanted.

For an out of the box report, the only one that exists is at Procurement and sourcing > Inquiries and reports > Purchase requisition statistics. But if your organisation is using PowerBI, it wouldn't be that difficult to create a report tailored to your exact needs.

As GuyUK said, there is a purchase requisition statistical report available in the system. You can view this document. Purchase requisition statistics report (PurchReqStatistics) | Microsoft Learn（This report already includes purchase requisitions with a draft status. ）If you need more fields or more details to appear on the report, you can try to customize it.
