    Hello Leadis;

    Could you explain what you mean by not interpreted in full screen? Do you mean when you go to create or update this entities form; the browser is not full screen?

    Hello Leadis;

    Just some simple questions bare with me. Is your browser full screen? Is your browser zoomed in (this one has gotten me a few times)??

    I have similar issue with my customer laptop. for the CRM for Outlook if I'm trying to open a feature of CRM that open a new window with the IE embeeded in Outlook like clicking on the Advanced Finds button in the CRM tab of Office Outlook.

    It opens the Advanced finds window, but the form takes let say 66% of the window. Looks like the form is zoomed. I tried zoom  and unzoom back to 100% in IE, restarting outlook and the laptop, without success.

    CRM version : dynamics CRM 2016 on-premise

    Windows version : 8.1

    Office version : 2013
