    CRm supports multilanguages. You can install required language pack on crm server.

    after that you can change language setting , under user option(top right side).

    If you have any custom field , you need to add translate definination for thta custom field.

    Dear Dana,

    You can download CRM 2015 language pack from : www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

    For installing and enabling CRM language pack, please refer to :technet.microsoft.com/.../hh699736.aspx

    For custom fields and entities, you need to export translations and update the attributes translation, then import it.

    Hi,

    you can use XrmToolbox for Dynamics CRM 2011/2013/2015.

    you can connect to your organization, then select Easy Translator >> export your entity >> save the file and open it >> add your language code with translated data to the option set tab in excel file.
