Sales Invoice Lines V3 Entity does not show all records

I am attempting to export the entire Invoice Lines table.  The Sales Invoice Lines V3 has not been extended in any way and doesn't have a filter that I can see.  It only exports a small fraction (3500 of 100000) of the records in the table.  I tried to use the Excel Connector, but I get the same result.

What could be filtering this entity?  We have one company only.

Thanks,

LJ

    Hi,

Look at the datasources in the entity, maybe there is an inner join with one of the datasources that is preventing it to appear. Or there is a range on one of the datasources.

Try by investigating only one invoice that is not appearing in the export and see what datasource join or datasource range that could cause this record to not appear.

    Thanks,
    Layan Jweihan

    Hi LJ,

This looks like a connection time out issue.

While publishing the data from Excel or after exporting the 3500 lines, do you see any errors in data or do you see time-out issues? Usually if you use excel connectors the batch is sized to process around100 records, by default.

    A few questions:
    1. Can the Sales Invoice Line V3 export be run as a batch?
    2. Did you face any errors like timeout etc. for the Sales Invoice Lines V3 export?
    3. Is it possible to export the entire Invoices Lines table with a filter (like 3000 records) and see if it times out?

Happy to answer questions, if any.

    Hi Navneeth

Setup a recuring export in DMF, 3500 records should be handled easily.

    Thanks
    Anthony

    Thank you for the replies!

I am not receiving a time out error.  I did try to set a filter to reduce the 100,000 record size, but get the same result.  I am also able to export the entire Sales Line table, which is very, very similar is size and field structure to Sales Invoice.

I have review all ranges and joins on the entity and cannot find any filtering that would be in effect.  I will keep looking.
