Hi,

I am getting below error while running the Item master Integration in Integration manager.

Warning: Unable to update Decimal Places Currency.
DOC 1 ERROR: Not all required fields have been entered. Required fields appear in bold red type.

I have verified the decimal places which I given and it is correct. Apart from this, I don't know what are all the required field for Item Master in Integration Manager. Can anyone suggest me?

    RE: Error message in Integration Manager

    I'm trying to run an Item integration with IM too (Insert & Update) and ran into the same kind of error message which makes no sense to me, as I have enabled the debug log and tracked every single step down the log.. reproduced them in GP and do not get any error, especially not the one about missing a REQUIRED field ?!?

    What bugs me with this tool that it doesn't tell you upfront which field it is stumbling and failing.. whereas it could be so easy to just stop and raise the form & field in GP and provide the proper info..

    My IM .ini file has just about everything enabled that I can think of for debugging.. it's just not telling me which field is missing, and I can't see why, as I checked all the fields possibly REQUIRED in IM, and all have a supplied value or a default one.

    Below are a few tracelog lines taken from a failed run:

    IMGPPrv.CallbackHandler.DoSanScript - > if OLE_SetProperty("OnParam1", str(isopen(window 'IV_Item_Additional_Info' of form 'IV_Item_Maintenance'))) then end if;

    Thanks Matt, since I was in urgency, I didn't get time for debugging. So, I did the master data upload by macro and mail merge. Thanks again.

    RE: Error message in Integration Manager

    Since Integration Manager is basically a macro running in the background, what you can do to see what the issue is, is to open up the Item maintenance card and type in all the data that you are trying to import and then try and save the record.  This should hopefully give you an indication of what the issue is.
