Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Archived)

Sender's mailbox disabled

Hi everyone. When ever i try sending mails from Dynamics CRM, this error message comes up "The sender's mailbox is disabled. This email will be sent automatically after the sender's mailbox is enabled for outgoing email processing". Help!!!

    If you are sending emails through a workflow validate the the email address associated with the owner of the workflow (possibly the admin account) is setup in exchange or Microsoft online (depending on your infrastructure).  Also validate that the email address has been approved in CRM for that user.  If you are using the Email router, make sure the users settings are set correctly as well.

    Please see the following handy blog post on how to enable the mailboxes: www.dynamicscrmpros.com/setting-mailboxes-microsoft-dynamics-crm-2013-online-clients

    Should the issue happen even after:

    1. The email address has been approved

    2. The mailbox is activated

    then please provide us some more details on the steps that have been done so far and the context under which the error shows up. From there we will be able to narrow the issue down and perform a round of tracing to identify the root.
