Is there any way to hide this option using security role? I want to show this option to some roles but not to the others.

    Hello,

Your best chance is to modify the Ribbon of the subgrid of the entity.

    Hi,

It can be achieved with Ribbon Workbench.

Here is an example. (The Contact subgrid in the Account form)

    • Create a new solution which only contains the entity which is shown in the subgrid.

    • Download and import the Ribbon Workbench solution. Then import the above solution.

    • Find the button in the SubGrid and customize it.
