We are running into a very frustrating problem and need help asap. We have a business central premium license and it is assigned to one user in dyanmics 365 "Business central premium" license 1/1. Then we have 3 team member licenses and they are assigned to the 3 users, but they are unable to create any new accounts or anything else, even though they have all the same permissions of the business license premium user.
