I have the same customer in BC and CRM with the same account ID/Cust Code. When I go to the customer card to couple the customer to CRM, I cannot find that Account in the "dataverse" field. I do not want to create a new account in CRM because it already exists there, I simple want to couple both records together. How can I do this without creating a new account in CRM? Anything I can update in the BC tables to force the couple?

I cannot delete because there are sales orders and quotes against account in CRM.
Can you Deactivate and Delete that account in CRM and try again sync?

What will happen to the other customer records already coupled and synced? I don’t want to uncouple anything more. I’m just wary modifying any of the settings.

I cannot find account when I select the lookup field.
Yes choose that account from the Lookup field.
Yes, then system will create a duplicate account in CRM. The account already exists in CRM and I want to link to BC now.
I ran a full sync to the customer integration tables as well.
