Cannot manually couple customer in BC to a Account in D365 Sales

I have the same customer in BC and CRM with the same account ID/Cust Code.  When I go to the customer card to couple the customer to CRM, I cannot find that Account in the "dataverse" field.  I do not want to create a new account in CRM because it already exists there, I simple want to couple both records together.  How can I do this without creating a new account in CRM?  Anything I can update in the BC tables to force the couple?

Thanks,
NAV2BC

I tried that but I do not see any of the values in the Integration Value column - see below:

    Did you try this?

Yes, then system will create a duplicate account in CRM.  The account already exists in CRM and I want to link to BC now.

I ran a full sync to the customer integration tables as well.

    Suggestion to do that?
