Hi Guys,

Is there is any way to schedule the report and send it to another email address in Business central?

Let me know if there are any ways to do this.

Yes, you can do that. You can simply create a codeunit that executes the report with a PDF as output and mail it to who every you like.

Then you can put that codeunit in a job schedule and configure it to run at your required schedule.

If I want to schedule a report in Aged Accounts Payable to run monthly, but the Aged as of date should get changed as per the scheduled date can we do it, or is it part of customization?

That is part of codeunit

I have used below app (free) before as well but it does not populate date

There is a good example here that you can look at. They use the receivables report but it should work the same way in your case:

Hi, just to add some info for default email address. Hope this helps as well.

Change default customer/vendor email address when sending emails (For example, sending an order to A, sending an invoice to B)

If I want to auto schedule report that is aged accounts receivable reports should be send to CFO, CTO on monthly basis whenever I am receiving the report.

Let me know if there are any ways to do this.
