Service Case Form is Not Available for Me

The Service Case form that my team uses is available on my collogues' views, but when I log in, I have not option to change the default Case view to the correct Service Form that I need. Can anyone help me? It appears that I am missing a drop down option when I compare my screen to others. Please see the screenshots below.

Is a security role assigned to the form?

Hi Emily,

There are two potential root causes that could explain this:

1. The form in question hasn't been associated with a security role that is assigned to you or to a team you're a member of.

2. The form isn't included in the model-driven app you are using (this could be a different app than your colleagues are using).
