We’re having some issues with the Zetadocs client accessing address book information in Outlook.
The Zetadocs client is showing customer templates, but the address information is not being populated.
When selecting the “To” field in Zetadocs, the following error is produced:

“Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook, Version=12.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)”

The Outlook version is : Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2301 Build 16.0.16026.20196) 32-bit

Can you advise on any potential solutions please?

Zetadoc is not a part of standard NAV so you will probably get better help if you contact a partner that are working with Zetadocs.
