AP Security settings keep getting dropped

The users are experiencing an issue where the security settings to AP transaction entry and other AP windows keep getting removed so the users do not have access to any GP windows, alternate/modified or standard. All users have the same Alternate/Modified Forms and reports ID. They are on a TS environment. What would cause security settings to just drop like that. It has happened 3 times in the last week.

    Did you installed any 3rd party product or do you have any customization?

    Nola, Is there any SQL / Dexterity triggers  registered or customization set?

    There is a modified window and this is showing in the Debugger log 2/26/2015 3:38:06 PM: Security Access to Window: PM_Transaction_Entry (Payables Transaction Entry) failed, Alternate Dictionary ID 308 Not Loaded

    Would dic # 308 be a customization? I cannot find any indication that such a product ever existed in their old set file backups.

    NOLA can you send a copy of the Dynamics.set and or the DynUtil.set

    Should help to figure out why the dictionary is not loading.

    NOLA I have been hunting around and I can not find reference to Dictionary 308 anywhere.

    Can you confirm the Dictionary ID in the error message.

    Can you also provide a list of any and all 3rd party applications that might be loaded at this site.

    Your modified window is causing issue, either  disable it and check if it's dropping the security or not or completely remove this product if no longer using it. Or you can also un-mark alternate window from security so application will open default GP window. check the link here support.microsoft.com/.../851052
