Is it true that you can't invoice from billable time on cases without an add-on? Out of the box you can only invoice from orders?

Dear Katie,
You can invoice the billable time in the service call entry and see the invoice in the SOP without any add-on.

Ahmed & Katie, when I found this post, it is not clear about which Dynamics product this question & answer is related to. Is it Dynamics CRM 4.0, Great Plains, or other?

I am currently using CRM 4.0 and would like to hear more about seeing the billable time on the invoice. We are currently using Quickbooks for our accounting. If we could get the billable time to the invoice this would allow us to only transfer the invoce to QB and keep track of our accounting etc there. We woudl like to start using Dynamics GP 10 but the connector for the two is not available from Microsoft yet. Thanks for your input!
