Cannot create trial for Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare

Hi Team,

I'm trying to create a trial environment for Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare, specifically to explore Healthcare Care Management and Virtual Health capabilities.

According to the official Microsoft documentation (e.g., https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/industry/healthcare/trial-signup), this can be done via the Cloud Solution Center by selecting the "Try Now" option. However, when I go to the Cloud Solution Center using the documented link (https://aka.ms/solutioncenter), I am redirected to Microsoft Learn instead — and I'm unable to find any way to provision the trial from there.

I’ve seen this mentioned across a few Microsoft resources, but the actual process seems inaccessible at the moment.

  • Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
  • What are the current steps to create a Cloud for Healthcare trial.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks!

    Hi there,

You're not alone — several users have reported similar issues with accessing the Cloud Solution Center and provisioning a trial for Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare.

Here are a few steps you can try:

    1. Check Regional Availability:

      • Trials for industry clouds like Healthcare may be limited to specific regions or tenant types. Ensure your tenant meets the eligibility criteria.
    2. Use Microsoft 365 Admin Center:

      • Sometimes, trials can be initiated from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center under Billing > Purchase services. Search for "Cloud for Healthcare" and see if a trial option appears.
    3. Contact Microsoft Support or Partner:

      • If the trial link redirects to Microsoft Learn, it's possible the provisioning flow has changed or is temporarily disabled. Reaching out to Microsoft support or a certified partner can help clarify the current process.
    4. Alternative Access:

      • You might be able to explore Healthcare capabilities by deploying the solution manually in a sandbox environment using the documentation and GitHub resources provided by Microsoft.

Let me know if you'd like help navigating the setup or finding the right support channel!

Please verify if this response was helpful.

    Best regards!

    Hey!

There has been a recent update to the public documentation as you can no longer self-serve and start a trial. Instead, an Admin in your organization must Purchase the 0$ trial in Admin.Microsoft.com.  This is documented on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/industry/sustainability/trial-admin-led#deploy-the-trial

    Regards,
