W3WP working process consuming 100% CPU

We  have 2 front end servers. recently we are encountering issue in one of the app server. Some times suddenly CPU is reaching 100 % and application is becoming very slow. If we recycle crmAppPool then CPU is coming down. can any one help on this how to rectify.
