Adding Dimension to a custom Master table

Hi, Can anyone help me in adding dimensions to a custom master table ?

I have checked the code behind the Dimension Action of customer card page, by using that code I got the error "table id must not be 50001 in default dimension table, ID = '50001', No.='TEST',Dimension Code = ".

Upon searching I found that your custom table must be added to Default Dimension table in order have dimensions. Can anybody help me in this regard ?
Thanks.
