Are Quick View Fields usable in CRM Email templates as an insert-able field?

Hi all,

Was just looking to see if there was any way to add a quick view field into a CRM email template?

My test isn't showing it as available but I wasn't sure if I've missed anything :)

Reasoning behind it - When I reference the {!Contact:FirstName} field it seems to just pull it from the primary contact rather than the contact in that record.

Cheers

Sam

    Hi,

No, You cannot use Quick view fields to the template. The only option is for the direct entities.
