Could you tell me if the "Event management module" is available now at MS Dynamic365 trial ?

It is currently available for Dynamics 365 Business edition not available for Enterprise edition

Nothing in the above link has mentioned that its for business edition and not enterprise, So how did you know that its for business edition?

Event management is part of marketing module feature of D365 which is not available in the Enterprise edition .currently D365 Marketing is available for Business edition.
Below Microsoft link will show you Dynamics 365 marketing is not available under Enterprise.

It's a little old, but I think what you are referring to is the Event Management Module that is part of Dynamics 365 Portals.
