App for Outlook Checker does not open

We are using App for Outlook.
I want to clear the cache and do trouble shooting with App for Outlook checker.
Microsoft documentation says I should open D365 App for Outlook in Outlook. Then hit CTRL + ALT + Y. When I do this, nothing happens:

Why doesn't the App for Outlook Checker appear?
