No new bank account is created or linked because all online bank accounts are already linked

Hi 

I'm getting this error when i attempt to link a new bank account. is there anyting changed in that area?

    Sounds like a extension is causing some trouble there

    There is no link action in standard BC

    check if you have some bank extension, maybe you need to create the bank account in that extension because you need to link taht bank account to a online bank for online banking

    That used to work before. we just notcied the bank reconcilation does not bring any new transaction from online banking then we decided to unlink it then link it again but here we are with this issue.

    It looks to me that service is not for free anymore.

    Maybe that is the problem.

    In Std BC you need to go to the bank portal and download your file manually, then, you go to the bank reconciliation and import the downloaded file manually, then match the entries and finally post the bank reconciliation.

    You mentioned "the bank reconcilation does not bring any new transaction" so I think that you are using an extension. Maybe is the payment, maybe the service change, maybe you need to setup something more.

    Hi, as Francisco mentioned, This doesn't look like an error of standard features. But it does not rule out the localization function.

    I think you can try to debug it to see what's going wrong.

    Your partner can have delivered some bank add-on for you. So you should probably ask them to assist you with this issue because it does not seem to be caused by a standard function.
