How am I able to click a field(phone number) to make a call without dialing the phone number?

Hi,
Can you check this link:
community.dynamics.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-crm-2013-configuring-and-using-click-to-call-with-lync.aspx
CRM supports Skype and Lync.
Thanks.
I would like to recommend checking out Tenfold for this feature. Tenfold is a CTI solution that integrates MS Dynamics to most phone systems available. Tenfold offers this click to call feature that turns the phone numbers in your CRM into a hyperlink, and then you just click on it and your phone system will automatically dial that number. There are a lot of other features Tenfold offers, some of them are call pop ups, automatic call logging, easy note taking and task creation, advanced analytics on the backend and much more. You can check their list of integrations on the link below.

Another way to do it if you are using mobile phones is a mobile application that logs all your calls automatically to your CRM. Please have look at LiiD for CRM from AppStore or Google play. LiiD logs calls and emails automatically and you can also log your meetings and easily add notes to them with speech to text feature and manage your tasks. LiiD also has the business card scanner. If interested please have a look at www.liid.com.
