Stuck logging in with "getting Ready" and spinning circle

Friday one user could not get in on a Windows 11 computer.  The screen just spun a circle saying "Getting Ready" and will not move past.  This was the day after a windows update was pushed out.

    This doesn't seem to be a Business Central issue; I suggest submitting it to the Windows 11 forums.

    Hello,
    This usually happens when a Windows update didn’t complete properly and Windows gets stuck finishing the user profile setup, causing the “Getting Ready” screen to spin indefinitely. The common fixes are to restart the PC one or two times to let the update finish, try logging in with another account to check if it’s a profile issue, or boot into Safe Mode and restart again so pending updates complete; if it continues, the user profile created after the update may be corrupted and creating a new Windows profile typically resolves it.
