What report do I want?

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

We have a (non-RMS) sales form that an unknown cashier didn't note the date nor receipt number. We know that it's been paid for and transacted in RMS.

If we want to look up the receipt number, based on department and sale price (it's unique enough) and a date range, what report should we use?

Thanks!

Andrew

If you right click anywhere on the report, you should have an option to Show/Hide Columns. Check the Transaction Number to show the transaction number on the report.

    Hi Andy,

Thanks, though from what I can tell, we can't get the actual transaction number from that report. Is there a way?

Detailed Sales Report gives you sales history, items, pricing, and Department/Category information.
