Hi all. Hoping I could get some help with the following error messages, having not found them in any previously asked questions.
I'll do my best to provide any more information where necessary.
Store manager is receiving these error messages frequently throughout the business day. Should be a fairly stable, connection albeit fairly slow (7/8mb both ways).
Does anyone have any history with these or knowledge about what exactly may be triggering them?

It's a well known issue of Microsoft Dynamics RMS. It comes when SQL Service stoped or any issue with networking. Even a single network packet failure would cause this error. Anyway its not a very big issue. You just reopen the RMS it might open properly.

Thank you for your reply, I'm sorry I did not see this sooner. Its definitely older hardware and network equipment, but I'll have to look into the SQL services stopping.

Could be that SQL services has stopped running. Could also be older hardware or network equipment.
