    Hi Ravindar,

    Better you use Goal Management so that you can see the Won Opportunity progress.

    Sample how to use Goal Management to track revenue.

    Or you can use chart if you want to use OOB features, you use chart using category axis based on Status, so that you can compare how many Opportunities Won, Open, Lost and also by Contact or by a Salesperson

    If you need close ratio, then you need customization, and we don't know what ratio you are referring to, is that the Opportunity closed by a Contact (in this term, Contact is salesperson) or Closed opportunity by contact, in term of Potential Customer?
