SafePay File Not reading Bank Account Number

Hello there, I have configured safepay for a Canadian client. For whatever reason, the file is not populating the bank account number even though the correct value is in the CM00100 table in the field BNKACTNM. It is set up as a text feild and everything else is pulling correctly except the account number.

Any help is appreciated.

    As an update the Header Record - Header Type was set to Header Transmission rather than Header Account. An oversight that has cause a few extra grey hairs. Thanks

    Can you provide a screenshot of your bank format setup in Safe Pay Configurator? In particular, can we see the definition for the Account Number field?
