Running a Gross Margin by department and brand

I'm trying to run Gross Margin Analysis by Department, brand & varietal. I'm very surprised that this isn't a standard, out of the box, report quite honestly. Currently, one of our financial analysts runs about five jet reports and combines them into a massive sheet but I just need this summary. Is there an easy way to do this, even if it's a jet report?

    5 reports for 5 data sources I’d assume? Might be a limitation of the reports current design. I expect it is achievable with Jet Reports, and in one report only. A forum answer is unlikely to breed the results you need. Working with your Microsoft partner would be a valid suggestion or get a good freelancer to do this.

    Description makes me think the current reports use Jet Report tables and are then collated. I would instead use a few NL(“Rows”) to pull all the data from different tables into one excel sheet. If you have access to a designer license there are tools to help create the formulas I mentioned - skip the table builder
