    To diagnose further, please provide:
    • The exact error message or screenshot.
    Whether this is:
    • Dynamics 365 Online
    • Dynamics 365 On-Premises
    Whether other users can log in.
    Whether you can access:
    • Power Apps
    • Power Automate
    • Outlook
    Whether the issue occurs in:
    • Browser
    • Outlook App for Dynamics
    • Mobile App
    With the exact error message, I can usually identify the root cause very quickly.
