Users are not showing in Enable Users form

Hi,

Created new users but they are not showing in Enable Users form .

This is with Trail version.  Any solution for this?

    Got solution:  after changing the password of user and tried to login to application it throw error "security role need"

    then in Enable form users are displaying.
