Key Segment not found....... Error registering table SY_Pathnames

Have upgraded our stand-alone system to DEX 2016 to coincide with our customer's upgrade to Dynamics 2016.  We are a client.  When we now login to our system we get the above errors.  Both tables in Dex and Dynamics are exactly the same (length + fields + keys).  Have recreaed the SET file and everything seems fine.  INI file has SYNCHRONICATION = TRUE also. 

Can anyone shed light on what is wrong here.  At Wits end.....thank you......herb
