Small parcel shipping - label printing

I have a problem with Small parcell shipping funcionality. I tried to set it up like in the description here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/supply-chain/warehousing/small-parcel-shipping

Everything is working properly besides one thing. The label is not being printed on ZPL emulator (Chrome extension). After I try to print some label I'm getting new record in Document Routing Agent, and I see that ZPL emulator is receiving some data, but no label is showed.

Other labels printed on the same ZPL emulator using document routing work fine.

Maybe someone has similiar issue and know how to fix this?

    Hi Michal,

    Have you tried to use a text printer instead of the chrome extension and see if the label is printed ?

    I tried, and I'm getting some text in the file, but it is not in ZPL format. So probably this is the reason why it is not printed correctly on ZPL emulator. Question is why is that not in ZPL format?

    Hi Michal,

    It should be in ZPL format, as far as I know.

    If you put the text on the below online viewer does it show in zpl format ?
