Ive changed the email template slightly (opened html file in editor and added placeholder and a table) and now I cannot upload the file. The preview is blank.
BUT on a non-prod environment it works and everything is shown as Ihave defined it.
What is inside your HTML? Could you share, if there is no private/sensitive info.
Secondly did you try using in-private browsing for the system where it is failing
