Overdue Activity chart on a dashboard

Hi all,

I'm sure you can do this but just can't work out how to do it.. We want to add two charts on our dashboards, one that show overdue activities by all activities in the system and then another that shows your personal overdue activities.

any assistance would be great.

Hi louisa,

We will create two Activity views and use these views in the dashboard.

Go to Advanced Settings > Customizations > Customize the System, expand Entities > Activity > Views, new a view.

Enter the name, click "Edit Filter Criteria" and set the following filter.

Then new the second view, click "Edit Filter Criteria" and set the following filter.

New a dashboard, insert two charts with the views created.
