I can't seem to add a single contact record from a contact view to a marketing list, but when I select 2 records the option to add to marketing list appears, why is that?

Could you please share any screenshots when you add only single Contact record to a marketing list? What is the region are you in?
I've tested on my end on crm5 and it worked.
