How to utilize remaining balance or Extend Microsoft Azure Sponsorships Offer

Hi Experts,

Recently My Microsoft Azure Sponsorship has ended but I still have huge 8181 USD balance to consume. This account and subscription was initially setup for hosting cloud development in LCS. 

Does any one have any idea or solution to extend Sponsorship OR utilize Remaining Azure Sponsorship balance for cloud hosted development environment in Azure?
