Need your help in troubleshooting this issue.
One of the Dynamic CRM 2015 (on-prem) user recently started getting HTTP 400 Bad request, whenever tries to open the website.
Please suggest troubleshooting steps for this issue.

check for firewall or any other restriction for CRM url for this user's machine.

Licence and AD profile looks good for user.
User recently migrated to new system.
User yet to confirm other things.

Try below:
1. ask user to check on other system first.
2. disable and enable the user back.
3.make sure user as the correct AD profile.

Hi,
you can check few things:
--Does this user have proper licence?
--User domain got changed recently?
--For this user, try to access the any static resource from browser like CRM logo image by giving full URL.
