Automatic delegation is not working in Business Central Purchase Order Approval Workflows

Hi there,
     I have tried to setup an approval workflow for Purchase Order with automatic delegation after 1 day. The approval request is not delegated to the respective approver or substitute. but when delegating manually it seems to be working fine. Am I missing any configuration settings here. 
 
 
Any help on this would be highly appreciated.
